What are the new certification requirements?

Fortinet Certified Fundamentals Cybersecurity (FCF) certification:

Requires: Complete the Introduction to the NSE 1 Threat Landscape course + NSE 1 Getting Started in

Cybersecurity course or NSE 2 Technical Introduction to Cybersecurity course.


Fortinet Certified Associate Cybersecurity (FCA) certification:

Requires: Complete the NSE 3 FortiGate Operator course and pass the exam in the course.


Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) certification: 

Requires: one NSE 4 exam + one NSE 5 exam in the same track. 

Examples: 

- NSE 4 FortiOS Administrator + NSE 5 FortiManager Administrator → FCP in Secure Networking 

- NSE 4 FortiOS Administrator + NSE 5 FortiSASE and SD-WAN Core Administrator→ FCP in SASE 


Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist (FCSS) certification: 

Requires: one NSE 6 exam + one NSE 7 exam in the same track. 

Examples: 

- NSE 6 SD-WAN Enterprise Administrator + NSE 7 FortiSASE Enterprise Administrator → FCSS in SASE 

- NSE 6 FortiSIEM Analyst + NSE 7 Security Operations Architect → FCSS in Security Operations
