To cancel or substitute on-demand labs within online self-paced courses, you must provide notice before starting any lab activity. Once a lab has been started, it cannot be transferred, substituted, or refunded, regardless of its completion status.
Please note the following:
- Labs are for one-time use only.
- Each lab has different timing depending on the course.
