How do I redeem my Fortinet instructor-led training voucher?

Once you've purchased your Fortinet Instructor-led training voucher, you can redeem and self-enroll in the applicable training session scheduled at the Fortinet Training Institute Schedule page as follows:


Last date for instructor-led training enrollment is four (4) business days before the class start date.
An instructor-led training voucher(s) will only be redeemable with the corresponding training course product. View the mapping of training course SKU vs course product at: https://training.fortinet.com/local/staticpage/view.php?page=purchasing_process


  1.  Log in to your Fortinet Training Institute portal account. (If you do not have an account , please follow these instructions How to create a Fortinet Training Institute portal account? )
  2. Go to the Schedule page, and browse for your preferred Fortinet-delivered training session(s). For more information, see Navigating the Fortinet Training Institute Schedule Page
    If you want to enroll in an Authorized Training Center (ATC) class, you can contact the ATC directly informing them that you have a Fortinet tra voucher. The ATC will verify your voucher before confirming enrollment.  Alternatively, you can submit a support request (see instructions below) with your voucher details and the ATC class that you want to attend. Our team will verify your voucher and support you with enrollment with the requested ATC.
  3. Click Enroll in your preferred Fortinet-delivered training session. 
  4. Click Buy Now under Purchase via Credit Card. The Checkout product page will display. 
  5. Fill in the requested information and click Continue.
  6. Click Add Discount
  7. Enter the instructor-led training voucher provided at your purchase. 
  8. Click Add Discount. The price will be 100% discounted. 
  9.  Click Complete Checkout


You will immediately receive an enrollment confirmation email for your selected Fortinet-delivered instructor-led session. Likewise, an email with class information details approximately 4 days before the start of the training class.


You can find your Fortinet training course(s) on your In Progress training dashboard at https://training.fortinet.com/my/.


If your voucher does not work in your country or you experience an error while redeeming your voucher, please submit a support request for assistance.


To submit a Fortinet Training Institute support request:

  1. Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal. For more reference see: Do I need a Helpdesk account to raise a ticket for an issue?
  2. Click Submit a ticket.
  3. Complete the form.
  4. Click Submit

A Fortinet Training Institute representative will contact you shortly.


You can follow up and keep track of your Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk requests through https://helpdesk.training.fortinet.com/en/support/tickets
