What do I do if the enrolment key for my course isn't working?

If you are attending an instructor-led course or enrolling in an AS course, and received an email containing the enrolment instructions, an enrollment key, and the URL for the course, do the following:

  1. Log into the learning platform. Your dashboard displays all your courses.
  2. Paste the course URL into the browser.
  3. In the Enter key field, copy and paste the key from the email, and then click Enrol.
    Ensure you copy only the characters from the Enrolment key, and avoid pasting any extra spaces at the end.
