Your lab doesn't load, but eventually displays the message Complete.
You click the lab:
Then, you start your session:
The lab seems to be missing or not loading.
When you try again later, the system shows that your lab is Complete.
This error may be caused by the browser itself, or by pop-ups being blocked in the browser settings. You should use either Chrome or Firefox. Update the browser to the latest version, and clear the cache.
This error may also be caused by an issue with lab infrastructure.
If using the correct browser and disabling pop-up blocking doesn’t resolve the issue, open a support ticket. Include screenshots and browser details in the ticket.
