If you are a customer, end user, or public user:
- Log into the Fortinet Training Institute helpdesk portal. For more information, see How to log in to the Helpdesk as a Customer?
- Click Submit a ticket.
- Complete the form as follow:
- Please include the following details in the description regarding the edit - "First Name" and "Last Name" .
- Click Submit.
If you are a Fortinet employee, please contact your local HR team o the global HCM support team.
If you are a partner, access My Profile at the Fortinet Partner Portal to edit your name.
