Symptoms
Error message - may look like the following
The specified device (10.132.15.210) is unreachable or does not exist.
The Lab loads, however, firewall NGFW-2 or NGFW-1 is unreachable when launched directly from the lab browser or via the client-10 VM. It may not respond to ping or HTTP/S requests.
Workaround
Lab guide, page 49, skip all pre-requisite instructions to set up HA and jump to Exercise 1 on page 52.
The fixes will be applied in future releases of the course.
If the recommended workaround does not resolve the issue, we recommend raising a ticket.
