It is not mandatory to complete the NSE courses and pass the exams, but the Academic Partner Program highly recommends it. The Academic Partner Program prefers and strongly recommends that individuals designated as instructors be certified in the NSE level that they will teach.
The Academic Partner Program provides instructors with an exam voucher so that they can write the certification exam for free.
